Almond is suitable for medium to tan complexions.
Cocoa is suitable for deep complexions.
However, when deciding in-between shades, always go with the lighter shade as the skin around the nipple area generally tends to be lighter than the rest of the body.

HOW MANY TIMES CAN NIPZEE COVERS BE REUSED?
Nipzee can be washed and reused up to 30x or more, depending on wear and care. Please refer to care instructions included in package.

DO I NEED TO PREP MY SKIN BEFORE APPLICATION?
